Order Confirmation

We decided, after receiving some important information from our clients, to change the way our client's orders will be confirmed.




Up until now each order placed via our site was confirmed with an automatic email send by Wix to our clients. Unfortunately most of our clients did not received that email, which caused a lot of confusion and uncertainties if the order was placed or not.


To guarantee the best experience to our clients while placing an order, we ask our clients to confirm the following:

  • After placing an order verify if you receive the confirmation message on which let you know that all the steps were finished;

  • Confirm if the products are no longer on the shopping cart. If they are then it means that the order was not finished;

  • See your email inbox (the account that was used to place the order). In case there is no email from Wix confirming all the details of your order then look it in spam;


If after taking all this steps you still have problems on verifying that you indeed placed an order, please let us know so we can take the necessary steps to improve the application and all of your future orders.
